OK lets try a manual update. Go into the blissflixx directory and then run:

Code:
git pull

Does this show any errors or does it say that a few files have been updated?

If it looks like this command completed without any errors restart the blissflixx server and see if it works now.

Here is the error I get:

pi@rpi2 ~/blissflixx $ git pull
fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git

How do I remove blissflixx and do a clean installation do I just remove its folder or there is something else I need to do?

Regards,

I found the problem - I have installed your software from zip not from git.
Doing a new clean git install now.

Thank you for your assistance.

Mmm yes this is a problem I also need to fix since people installing from zip cannot update software.

Thanks for reporting this issue

I have a suggestion for YTS Torrents plugin.

I think that you are automatically choosing the 720p version of the torrents even when there is 1080p version.
My internet connection is fast enough to smoothly stream the 1080p torrents so it will be good if there is a setting for preferred quality of torrents, option to choose the quality when playing or even a separate plugin that will pick the highest available quality.

Sorting options also will be very useful - sort by imdb rating, sort by release date

Also displaying the movie genre and allowing to filter by that will be a big plus.

Yes - more likely to stream better.

I will see if I can implement some of your ideas for the next release of the plugin

Welcome to the forum mburak  Smile

Sorry you are having problems with the plugins. Let's see if we can fix your issues.

First do normal channels like youtube work OK?

Also check what version of peerflix and omxplayer you are using by running:

Code:
peerflix --version

Finally what is the version of omxplayer you are running:

Code:
omxplayer -v

Hi MrBliss, i tried Youtube and other channels and they worked fine. I think the problem it's just for channels that try to stream torrents.

This is what i get for those commands:

pi@raspberrypi ~ $ peerflix --version

0.29.2
pi@raspberrypi ~ $ omxplayer -v
omxplayer - Commandline multimedia player for the Raspberry Pi
        Build date: Thu, 02 Apr 2015 00:49:35 +0000
        Version   : 74aac37 [master]
        Repository: https://github.com/popcornmix/omxplayer.git

Hope this helps.
